Every order is packed by hand in Guernsey and sent out with care. We ship to Guernsey, the UK and most countries worldwide.
Delivery options
- Post: sent with Guernsey Post, to anywhere we can ship to.
Postage prices
Postage is worked out at checkout from the weight and size of your order, using Guernsey Post's current prices. Smaller orders that fit through a letterbox go as large letters, which is cheaper; bigger orders go as parcels. You'll always see the exact price before you pay.

When will my order arrive?
Dispatch times vary depending on the herbs in your order, as some blends are made fresh. We'll always aim to send your order as quickly as we can, and we'll email you as soon as it's on its way. Once sent, typical delivery times are:
- Guernsey: 1–2 working days
- UK, Jersey & Isle of Man: 2–5 working days
- Europe: 5–10 working days
- Rest of world: 7–21 working days
These are estimates. Delays can happen, particularly around holidays and with customs checks.
Customs, duties and taxes
Guernsey is outside the UK and EU for customs purposes, so orders going outside Guernsey may be subject to import VAT, duties or handling fees charged by the destination country or the delivery company. These charges aren't included in our prices, and they're the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel.
Countries we can't ship to
There are a few countries we're unable to send to, because of import rules on plant material or postal restrictions. They won't appear in the list at checkout.
Please check your own country's import rules for dried herbs before ordering.
Workshops and meetups
Workshop and meetup bookings don't need delivery. Your booking confirmation and order reference are all you need.
Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, or arrives damaged, please email us at apothecaryguernsey@gmail.com with your order reference and we'll put it right.
